Immaculate Conception Parish located at 7211 West Talcott Avenue, on the the Northwest Side of Chicago, is a Catholic faith community. As new parishioners we welcome you. As "established" parishioners we encourage you to continue to be part of the church community.

Our Mission Statement:
We strive to make our ordinary lives a spiritual journey connecting what we believe to what we do. We share in the charism of the Passionist by affirming that the love and suffering of Jesus brings meaning and hope to all. We find courage and strength in Jesus who promises,
" I am with you always."

We pledge our time, talent and treasure:
To welcome all into our faith community
To celebrate the Sacraments together, especially the Eucharist
To foster lay participation
To provide for the faith education of all members
To respond to human needs.

It is our prayerful wish that you will find spiritual leadership in our ministers, comfort in our pastoral concern, enjoyment in the many parish organizations, and happiness in the knowledge that you are part of the Immaculate Conception Parish Family.

It is with this in mind that we present this web site, which lists all of our parish organizations, activities and ministries. We offer this site in hopes that you will find an area of interest or involvement most suited to your gifts, talents or needs.

By your participation as a new or old parishioner, you will help to make a good parish even better.

Thank you for visiting our site.
